Are You Ready For Change

Having been in network marketing for 15 years, I have seen so many people come and go in this business. Nussentials is my business and even though we have revolutionary products and a terrific pay plan, people still don't take their business seriously. It always interests me to think about it. Why is it that some people get filthy rich, while other just give up on their dreams and quit? It is because the ones that quit didn't realize that to get rich you have to work? I think that too many times, people think that they can just sign up in a business and people will knock their door down to get whatever it is that they are selling, be it a product or a service. Yes it does take work, but what doesn't? I work hard in Nussentials to mentor people so that they don't fall into that "It won't work for ME" syndrom.

If I told you that average ordinary people get wealthy and you could too, what would you be thinking? If I told you that you could make a 6 figure annual income working part time, would you believe it? Probably not. People are conditioned to think that they will never be wealthy. They are conditioned to think that it happens to only few "lucky" people.

Luck has nothing to do with it. People who get weathy in this business, have an attitude. It is.... "I can and I will make this business work for me. I will do what it takes to be weathly.

If you ask people what they would be willing to do if they had a chance to make a million dollars, they would almost always say........anything legal. But then they find out that they have to treat networking like a business and not a hobby and the come up with all kinds of excuses like "I don't have time, I can't sell, I don't know enough people" and on and on. Yet some of the biggest success stories in networking come from people who have children and jobs and bills to pay. The difference is that they decided that something HAD TO CHANGE. If it is a live and death situation and requires change.......you change. It comes down to.......why are you willing to settle for pay check to pay check, indebtedness, no control over your own life because you boss controls it. It will come down to your belief system. Are you worth it, is your family worth it, are you willing to make some sacrifices to make it happen for you just like it happens for many others.

I have not had a JOB for 15 years, I am not a millionair, but I have not debt, no mortgage, no boss, and no interest in giving up my power to anyone else. I am free to live my life the way I want to and I could not do it without owning my own business. Are you ready for Change?

Is Network Marketing For Real

Network marketing has proved itself as part of the new economy and a

preferred way to do business here and around the world. Network marketing

isn't about taking advantage of your friends and relatives. It is a low-

overhead, home based business that can actually offer many of the tax

advantages associated with owning your own brick and mortar business.

These home businesses are part- or full-time opportunities for those

interested in selling products and/or recruiting a sales team. Network

marketing is just a business model, and it really amounts to "micro-

franchising". There's a huge difference between network marketing and

pyramid schemes.

To help you understand what network marketing is, I must first explain what

it isn't.

Network Marketing is not a pyramid scheme. A Pyramid scheme is where

people put up money on the promise that other people will put up money that

will filter down to them somehow. Nothing of value is given in the way of a

product or service. That is the key. You must have a product or service to

offer people and everyone gets paid as a result of marketing those products

or services. No one gets paid for recruiting. That is illegal. Network

Marketing isn’t a brick and mortar business where you need to lease a

building, hire employees, pay workman’s comp. pay benefits, etc.

Now let’s discuss what network marketing IS. The networking model is

pyramid shaped. Meaning: There is someone at the top, who sponsors other

people into the business who also want a home business. Those people do the

same and so on. It begins to looks like a pyramid as the organization grows.

Just like our government looks like a pyramid ie: President, under him are

senators, under them are citizens from their states. Or like a corporation.

Again you have a CEO, Vice Presidents, Supervisors, Managers, Employees.

They all look like a pyramid. The difference is that in a Network Marketing

Business each person in the “pyramid” can make as much or more at the top

person. In a regular corporation “pyramid” there is little to no chance at

all that an employee will ever make equal or more than the President of the

company.

As the process of sponsoring continues, you create compound growth that

can lead to hundreds or even thousands of people coming into your business.

Network marketing is a low-overhead, home based business that can actually

offer many of the tax advantages. Most competent accountants recommend that

everyone have a home business. Write off’s may include part of your mortgage

if you have an office space in your home, mileage used while working your

business, office equipment, phones, travel, etc. Always consult you CPA for

correct deductions.

The real key is this: Network marketing is all about leverage. This

very basic concept is the cornerstone of network marketing. Would you rather

have 100% of your efforts to build a business or 1% of 100 people. Of course

you want 100 people working with you.
Many, many people in network marketing have hundreds and even thousands of

people in their organization. That is Leverage! Leverage your time,

leverage your work and the income will follow.

Success and You

What does it take to be a million dollar network marketing success story?
First and foremost you must believe in yourself. No matter how many times you have been in network marketing and failed, you can turn it around, but you must be willing to change your thought pattern.

Network Marketing requires the same committment to success as any other business. If you work a regular job ask yourself this: If I went to work today and said to my boss that I cannot work today because I am:
Too busy
Too tired
Have too many other things to do
I don't like to sell
I don't like rejection
I don't like to hear complaints
I am not experienced enough to do this
etc. etc. etc.

How long would you keep your job? The fact is that you overcame all the excuses because your income depends on it.

In Network Marketing, there is no limit to your income as there is in most traditional jobs. Yet people will use many excuses as to why they can't do it. It is the people who see Network Marketing as the key to freedom that throw away those excuses and do what it takes to make their MLM business flourish.

Anyone can succeed in Network Marketing.....ANYONE...... What are you willing to do to become wealthy?

Everyone who really wants to do something bad enough will find the time to do it. Whether it is coaching a child's sport, volunteering for a charitable organization, playing golf, fishing, being a den mother, etc. etc. etc. You will make time for building a network marketing business if you really want it. Nothing will change in your life unless you make a change.

Successful People Do What Unsuccessful People Won't. Period!!!!!

The biggest factor in determining if you are successful in your network marketing business is whether or not you create a mindset that encourages and empowers YOU to take the daily actions and disciplines required for success. It is not hard after you get your mind set to do it. Granted you may not have time for TV for a while, or golf, or sports, but would you be willing to give up something now to be able to do it later more often and do it in style? Of course you would!

Network Marketing is probably the only vehicle you have to truly realize financial freedom. And you can do it part time so that you don't give up your current job.
What are you waiting for?

Will Network Marketing Work For You

Welcome to my blog. I hope I can answer some of your questions concerning the Network Marketing Business. Many people have joined companies only to be disappointed that they didn't end up millionaires in their MLM business. The fact is that many people do become millionaires, but most do not. In most cases, people who become wealthy, treat their MLM business like they would a regular brick and mortar business. In other words, they decide how much time they have to work on their "side" business and then make sure that they do exactly that. They don't make excuses as to why they couldn't do it this week or next week, they plan their schedule around building their business. Those that don't work their business consistently with good mentoring, good company tools, and good products, end up very disappointed and fall out of the system saying "network marketing doesn't work". Network Marketing does, in fact, work and works very well if you work the business consistently and intelligently.

First, you need to find a network marketing business that has products that appeal to you and is marketable to everybody. For instance, the market for skin care is basically women. You have limited yourself to half of the people. Look for a business that has a modest sign up fee (between $200 - $500). You do not want a very low sign up fee because that usually means much less potential income in the system.......you make less money for the same work than if you were in a company that brings in more revenue, thus paying out more.....lots more. If I am going to work hard at building my business, I want to be paid in the thousands, not hundreds.

One of the biggest markets out there is health and wellness. The Baby Boomers are wanting to stay healthier and look better. Water softeners have a limited market, skin care has limited market.

If someone sponsors you into a network marketing business, they should mentor you, work with you, stay by your side until you are comfortable doing it by yourself. Ask the person sponsoring you what you can expect from them. If you don't get it, go to their sponsor and get the training you need. Best yet is to see what kind of mentoring or training system either your sponsor has set up or the company has set up.

Once you decide that you want to change your life by changing the way you have, up to now, been earning a living, decide on the type of network marketing that has the most potential. Remember......It you keep on doing what you have been doing.......do you think anything will change?
